Travel Days:

A travel day is considered to be a day where the entire day is spent travelling from one location to the next where no actual shooting takes place. It is solely a day of travel, whether it be by car or plane. If the camera is picked up with the intention of shooting, or if any sound is recorded - even just one shot - the travel day immediately becomes a standard shoot day with the appropriate fees applied. A travel day is usually a full day, but it is charged as a half day with no additional equipment. Travel Day: $450.00 flat rate.

Hourly Rates:

The official standing of Sounding Sensational is that we do not work to an hourly rate. Please contact Keiran Arthur if a shoot is expected to be under the 4-hour half day to negotiate a reduced rate.

Shoot Cancellations:

When a shoot is cancelled for reasons out of the production company’s control, Sounding Sensational will charge a cancellation fee of $200. This occurs only if the shoot is cancelled within 24hrs of the call time.
